Nitram 34.5%N

The UK`s leading nitrogen brand.

Double Top (27N 30SO3)

A high quality granulated ammonium sulphate and ammonium nitrate fertiliser for crops that have a high sulphur demand.

Single Top (27 12SO3)

A flexible sulphur product to provide nitrogen and sulphur throughout the season.

Sulphur Gold (29N 20SO3)

A high quality true granular compound product for use as an early application and throughout the season. It can provide an even application of nutrients to 24 metres and beyond.

Openfield also works very closely with a small number of regional and national blenders and shippers both regional and national to supply fresh straights and blends that will meet your individual requirements. Omex provides Total Crop Nutrition via a full range of liquid fertilisers, including unique suspensions, foliar feeds and plant health promoters.

Advice and Services

All of our products are backed by a full advisory service. For example, working with GrowHow, we offer the GrowHow N-Min® testing service. This provides one of the most accurate way of measuring the amount of nitrogen in the soil, as well as an estimating of the amount of nitrogen that will become available over the growing season. In addition, the EnCompass® nutrient planning program (designed in conjunction with the Environment Agency) helps our team to produce accurate fertiliser recommendations. These make use of local knowledge and expertise to maximise productivity whilst taking account of environmental needs.

Soil Testing is also available, ranging from standard P, K,Mg and pH, through to broad spectrum analyses that cover a dozen elements and Cation Exchange Capacity. Leaf analysis is available in both standard N, P, K and Mg form and broad spectrum analyses.

Agronomy advice and services are available through our long term relationship with UAP. UAP`s package is tailored to each individual customer. It ranges from a full advice and supply service, through to an efficient supply-only arrangement for clients with in-house or third party agronomy.

Spreader Calibration

Accurate application saves money and protects yields. No matter how good the fertiliser plan, inaccurate spreading will result in a higher environmental impact, reduced yields and lower profits. Openfield works closely with SCS Spreader & Sprayer Testing Limited to minimise inaccuracy in customer application equipment.
