We have an opportunity for a full time Fleet Compliance Assistant, based at our Head Office in Colsterworth, Lincolnshire in our Operations team.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills who has a strong customer focus and can build and maintain relationships. You will need to have strong decision-making skills, be able to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations.
You will focus on all aspects of legal compliance in road transport operations to ensure we meet EU rules (3820/85) and the Working Time Directive 2005 working with our Fleet Operations Managers.

This is a demanding role as you’ll use these skills to plan accurate and timely servicing with our agents using the good working relationships we expect you to build. You’ll also need to share our vehicle and driver availability with our planning team and liaise with many teams and senior managers to provide progress updates and feedback.

We have an opportunity for a full time Fleet Coordinator (Communication and Execution), based at our Head Office in Colsterworth, Lincolnshire in our Operations team.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and customer focus skills to help manage our transport plan.
Ideally, you’ll have worked in a similar role before, or be familiar with the agricultural farming sector or have previous transport experience. You’ll also need excellent time keeping skills, have a pro-active approach to learning, development and continuous improvement.
