Checks are free, and all we ask is that you kindly make a donation on the day to our nominated charity Macmillan Cancer Support for your moisture meter check and refreshments.

Save the Date! Openfield Variety Trials and Crop-tec Showcase
We’re excited to announce the Openfield Variety Demo Day 2026 on Monday 22 June, hosted by Openfield, with BASF and Horsch in attendance.
Kindly hosted by D S & J E King & Son, the event will showcase the latest winter wheat varieties in large strip trials under standard farm practice, with BASF covering cereal, weed and disease control, plus updates on the cabbage stem flea beetle research project + project in OSR crops.
We will also be joined by seed breeders KWS, Limagrain, Syngenta and DSV.
NRoSO and BASiS points will be available on the day.
