We have a new opportunity for two full time Seed Plant Operatives, based at our main site, HPL in the Seed team at Colsterworth, Lincolnshire.
The role will involve operating the Intakes and Seed Cleaning Lines, ensuring the product meets pre-determined quality standards. Operating the seed treatment lines, packing and loading of the treated seeds, some plant maintenance and repairs. Full training will be provided across all aspects of seed processing, treating, storage, packing and dispatch.

We’re pleased to announce that we have a new opportunity for a full time Trainee Laboratory & Ports Analyst, based at HPL in the Grain team.
The main job purpose is to analyse Combinable Crops in accordance with standard procedures and company standards in order to assist with the smooth operation of the HPL laboratory and relevant port facilities.
We are looking for somebody who can work closely, collaboratively, and effectively with all stakeholders ensuring clarity and accuracy of communications and who can proactively build and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
The successful candidate will also demonstrate self- motivation and good time management who will drive their own proactive approach to learning, development, and continuous improvement in the role.
